Winter Rental(s) Needed

We are a couple in our 40s with 2 parents in their 80s. The 4 of us would like to spend this winter in your area. Ideally, we would rent 2 houses on the same property; or perhaps with a short walking/riding distance between them. Another possibility is for our parents to live in a house and we would stay in our 28 ft. trailer on the same property. We are flexible to the arrangements and dates.
